Upon accessing the new Unified Dashboard, enable your Support Engine widget under apps. If you haven't setup the Unified Dashboard, click here.


Next, add your white-label domain for your GoHighLevel account.



Please enter your domain without “www,” “HTTP,” or “HTTPS.”

Correct format: app.examplecrm.com

Incorrect format: www.app.examplecrm.comhttp://app.examplecrm.comhttps://app.examplecrm.com

NOTE: YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE SUPPORT ENGINE WIDGET INSIDE THE DEFAULT DOMAIN FOR GO HIGH LEVEL (app.gohighlevel.com) IT WILL SHOW AN AUTHENTICATION ERROR


Once you add the domain, click on the embed code button and copy the code. Please note that pressing ctrl + c or command + c will not copy the code. You’ll need to click the “copy” button. 





Now, log in to your High-Level account and go to settings → company. Scroll down and paste the embed code in the “Custom Javascript” field and click “Update” on this page.



You’ll notice a small pop-up widget appear at the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Please refresh your page if you don’t see it. 


In this widget, you can search, browse articles or browse their respective categories to search for the answers to your questions. 



You may also go to the unified dashboard and click the manage button under Support Engine to enable or disable categories by article categories.
