Understanding Automated Social Sharing

Upon accessing the Reviews Engine, click on Sub-accounts from the top navigation menu. 

Then click on ‘View/Configure’ for the sub-account you want to setup Automated Social Sharing for. Now, click the ‘Social Sharing’ from the top navigation menu. 

Now, authenticate any of your social media platforms by clicking the ‘Login with’ option.

Upon authentication, select the page you want to push social sharing on. 

Write the message you want to use with your automated social sharing. Check out the messaging variables to auto-populate certain types of information. 

The following are the available variables. 

Once done, select a template and any kind of review you want to exclude from your social media updates based on the checkboxes shown below.

Now, select the timing schedule of your updates, such as how many posts to go to per day, what time, which timezone, and what days of the week. 

Once you have selected all of the settings, click ‘Save’.
