Here are a few questions asked in the Q&A session.
Q: Is the expiration date also added to a contact's custom field?
A: The system does not provide this feature currently because in order to do this, you'll need to add a custom field for each coupon code.
Q: So the end customer puts in the money spent, which in turn is added to the dashboard?
A: Yes, the end customer inputs the amount spent.
Q: So the coupon is redeemed on site at restaurant?
A: Yes, the coupon is redeemed at the restaurant site.
Q: Will this auto-connect w SaaS mode when someone signs up and gets their snapshot?
A: Currently, this is a limitation with HighLevel so when someone signs up with your agency, we'll need to know in order to put different automations in place. You can manage this through Zapier but HighLevel doesn't have this feature as of yet.
Q: Will our customers be able to manage this inside their account themselves?
A: Yes, clients will be able to manage it on their own.
Q: Can I still use Flowcode rather than your QR code?
A: Yes, you can as long as its a trackable system similar to QR codes.
Q: Will there be a loyalty program?
A: We are currently scoping this out. If you're interested in a loyalty program please reach out to us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll notify you as soon as we are ready.
Q: Would it make sense to trigger a review campaign after redemption?
A: Yes, you can set it up yourself because the system is designed as plug and play.
Q: Is the instructions on what to do if we already have the restaurant snapshot set up and want to start using this on the site?
